In this video, I'll show you, How to remove the background images of pdf in adobe acrobat pro-2017. let's get started.

open a PDF file check the background image and go to the tools menu to edit the PDF. you can remove them one by one. but I will remove all images at a time go to more menu and background and remove the background. now check the document there have no background image.
